For Income amounts that may vary from check to check, you'll need to enter in an approximate amount for reference in your forecast but do not select the "auto record transaction" checkbox. Then when your wife's income is due, you'll want to click the (record income) link to record the payment manually. This will prefill the estimated amount into a new transaction form. Once the payment has been recorded, this will be reflected in your Transactions, Budget, and Forecasted amounts. You can then click the "Show Transaction Amounts" link on the My Income page to show the amounts actually recorded in your registry.

Income distribution
Please forgive me as a newbie. I need to know how to enter our two paychecks so that everything updates correctly. I asaume I do a distribution of the deductions to appropriate accounts. For my check these are the same each check, but my wife's is different each check.
