Re:Using cash to pay bill and showing bill not fully paid
This is completed. Now when a bill is partially paid, you'll have the option to either mark it as paid or mark paid and carry the balance over to the following month.

Thank you for the feedback. We've added the carry over feature to our to-do list. Most likely, you will have a mark paid link and a carry over link once completed. As far as the Bills CSV, are you referring to the Download Data page and then selecting Bills?

Is it possible to customize this feature where if I pay a lesser amount than is due this month, the remainder gets carried over to the next month and added to the next month as a whole number.

Also, when I use .csv to download the bills due does not get taken away they still remain as an amount due.

Thank you for the suggestion. We've completed implementing your idea of being able to make a partial payment. You also now have the ability to pay your Bills from your cash account.

Using cash to pay bill and showing bill not fully paid
I cannot find a way to pay a bill using cash. Its not money in any of my accounts, its cash in my pocket. Do I have to post the money somewhere on my profile inorder to use it? Also I am trying to show a partial payment. It wont come up as owing the remaining amount. How do I do this?
