Once a payee has been removed from all Transactions on the My Transactions page, it should not show up in the Transaction Toolbar. The behavior you're seeing might be caused by hitting the back button with the deleted payee still in cache. We are in the process of working on a Payee page so you can further define the payees you would like to show up in the Transaction Toolbar. We've sent you an email to go over the specifics of the Payee you're referring to.

I have checked off the box and deleted the transaction. I can no longer select the payee in the transaction toolbar (which is what I want), but the payee still shows up under "My Transactions" page. It contains no information obviously, but it still lists the payee on the page.

To the left of the pencil icon, you should see a checkbox. Check off the ones you would like to delete, then click the "Delete Selected Transactions" button at the bottom.
