We apologize for the inconvenience. The subscription should remain active until the payment year has finished even if cancelled. We'll look into this issue and notify you by email.

Payment went through but ....
I paid for a yearlong subscription today. As I always do, I then cancelled the automatic payment option. I didn't realize that would actually the account for the upcoming year that had just been paid for. Would you please refund the $29.95 payment and I will start over. Thank you.
