For the Bill to show up on My Budget, make sure the category dropdown is selected for that Bill. To add a transaction to your Budget that has already been recorded, go to My Transactions, update the Transaction and select a category. The category for that Transaction is what ties them to your Budget.

My bill and My budget
I have payed my bills through the my bills tab, and they register on my transactions, but I don't see them updating My budget? Is there a delay in the system?
